The CLLE lab, aka Laboratoire Cognition, Langues, Langage, Ergonomie (UMR 5263), is recruiting a PhD candidate to develop and test a computational model of thalamo-frontal mechanisms of cognitive control, combining modelling, behavioral experiments and EEG.
Applicants from psychology, cognitive neuroscience, computational neuroscience, maths/engineering and related backgrounds are welcome. Previous experience in relevant topics (e.g., cog. control, RL), computational modelling and/or EEG is valuable but not required; strong motivation to develop programming and quantitative skills is essential.
